I don’t think the way most people do… In fact I do not consider myself as having any competition. I am blessed with a unique mind and ability to understand people and pull out their needs and design solutions to meet those needs. I overcome any scenario with out of the box thinking backed by decades of experience. I love what I do and my job is easy. Solving people’s problems, overcoming hurdles on challenging projects, making other businesses more profitable is my goal! I have never quit learning. My father told me as a child…. “The guy with the most skill sets will always have work”. I seek out the best of the best to learn from, and I will tell you if there is something I either won’t do, or am not comfortable doing. I have the vision to see the project through before we even start. It is amazing to say that I do not know ANY OTHER BUILDER that can point to, that truly has this valuable set of traits!

I love what I do and it is easy! I have been blessed with the ability to get along with people, and overcome my customer’s specific challenges. A common occurrence on my jobs is that I may identify needs you may not have even contemplated yet and arrive at a solution that really comes from left field! Growing up in a family construction business gave me decades of experience. In my parents company, we did EVERY FACET of the job, so not only do I understand EVERY trade’s job, I HAVE DONE IT!

Everything  is Art- I may sketch a solution on a scrap of wood, or an envelope, but I have thought through the entire process before arriving at the design. I have a good perception of the influence of light, relief, texture, proportion, style, color, and medium in which to use for the project.

You are a product of your environment! - My parents are huge directors on my abilities. My father can fix ANYTHING, and my Mother could really connect with people and understand their needs. As my mother used to say…”There is no need to worry about it, it always works out”. Her faith has always been an inspiration.
